Specifically, these measures are mainly divided into two categories:
1、 An inclination device for detecting the levelness of the whole vehicle and a sensor for detecting the force on the outrigger. The inclination sensor can sense the levelness of the whole vehicle and send the horizontal angle information in real time, which can avoid the overturning of the whole vehicle caused by slow ground settlement. The function of inclination sensor is to measure the inclination angle of the whole vehicle in real time. The inclination sensor measures at 0.05 degrees. It can filter out the small tremor caused by engine and pump vibration, and trigger the alarm when the left-right angle is greater than 3 degrees or the fore-and-aft angle is greater than 5 degrees.
2、 The outrigger force sensor detects the force of each outrigger in real time. When the force of two outriggers on a side is less than a certain value, it will give a warning or terminate the current action in time. This axial gravity sensor can only sense the stress in one direction. Due to the shaking of the whole vehicle and the verticality of the outrigger during pumping, the authenticity of the detected stress is not enough, and there is the possibility of signal error and signal leakage.
