Before the small concrete pump truck pumps concrete, first pump clean water, check the pipe clamp to ensure that there is no water seepage, and then pump the pipeline lubricant. Generally, mortar or cement slurry can be used. Pour the mortar into the hopper for pressurization. When the mortar is to be pumped, the concrete can be poured into the required concrete for atmospheric pressure supply. If the mortar is blocked, the front pipe can be removed and the internal dehydration block can be removed. Remove and connect the pipe for normal operation.

When the small concrete pump truck is running, it is strictly prohibited to enter the hopper and water tank. During pumping, the concrete material shall be located above the mixing shaft, and suction or material pumping is not allowed. If the pumping is suspended for a long time, pump once every 15-30 minutes, reverse pump 1-2 times, and then pump 1-2 times to prevent the concrete from condensing in the pipe.
